Nylon waste such as fishing nets and plastic bottles, from our oceans around the world is transformed into this regenerated nylon. It's exactly the same as brand new nylon and can be recycled, recreated and remoulded again and again. Let’s give back to our planet and buy sustainable.
Features include suncream and oil resistant, excellent UV proctection and ultraclorine resistant. It is also versatile, hyper-resistant, thin, elegant, stretch, soft and breathable: a unique mix of muscular compression and comfort.
This Italian made matte lycra is super soft and moulds to your figure like a second skin. With its 24% elastane content creates a retentive four-way stretch, making it easy to move in. Breathable, cool to touch, soft (like a peach), flat matte finish, opaque, hard-wearing, light in weight but with a very close gauge knit.
This fabric is not made from recycled materials, however, it is sustainably sourced as I bought this fabric from an end of line warehouse. This gorgeous fabric was originally designed for a luxury brand, and whilst the fabric was discontinued from their stock, unless distributed to warehouses, they would end up in landfill.
